The 10-Hour Studio Pass includes 10 bookable hours across our studio and therapy spaces, to be used within two months of purchase. Hours are added to your account for flexible booking, subject to availability. Unused hours cannot be carried over.
Each 1-hour booking includes:
• 30 mins complimentary set-up time
• 30 mins complimentary clear-down time
This allows up to 2 hours’ access per 1-hour booking at no additional charge.
Designed for new and growing businesses seeking flexible studio use while taking a committed step into regular hire.
Suitable for client appointments, workshops, promotional sessions, and creative working time, in line with studio guidelines.
Pass holders also receive:
• Inclusion in Roots of Respect social features and Artist Spotlights
• A listing on the Roots of Respect website

20 Hour Practitioner Pass
The 20 Hour Pass is valid for a TWO-MONTH period from the date of activation. Once purchased, 20 hours will be credited to your account and can be booked flexibly within this timeframe.
This pass is ideal for growing practitioners who are ready to commit to building consistency. Offering the freedom to promote your services, schedule sessions with ease, and secure space without the need for individual payments each time you book.
For every hour booked, you’ll receive an additional:
• 30 minutes set-up time
• 30 minutes clear-down time
Meaning each paid hour gives you two hours in the space, allowing you to arrive, prepare and close your session calmly and professionally.

10-Hour Studio Pass – Terms of Use
• The 10-Hour Pass provides access to 10 bookable studio hours.
• All hours must be used within a one-month period from the date of purchase.
• The system will allocate the full 10 hours to your account for use within this timeframe.
• Hours cannot be carried over beyond the one month validity period.

• Each 1-hour booking includes:
• 15 minutes complimentary set-up time
• 15 minutes complimentary clear-down time
• This allows for a total of 1.5 hours’ access per 1-hour booking at no additional charge.
• Bookings are subject to studio availability.
